Tools used to make this site

I write everything in Obsidian and publish it to Github which pushes it to Cloudflare which hosts it. For free. It’s built upon Astro and whilst I know my way around HTML and CSS, I had to get Claude Code to help me find my way around Astro and Tailwind (I learned some things along the way!). Without Vault CMS, none of this would have really been possible so credit where credit is due: thanks David. As a web designer myself, I couldn’t help but make a few tweaks to David’s work to get it exactly to my liking.

Fonts used

Averia Libre for headings because I like it’s organic feel. (Fun fact: this font is actually the average of all the Google fonts. Great if you don’t know what font to choose… just pick all of them!)
Inter for everything else because I like a clean sans-serif for reading.
